All the staff was very professional and settled my issues. the location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Westgate Mall. - It was just next door to a nice area of Spartanburg, with restaurants and a convenient store.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was peaceful and beautiful, it had awesome location close enough to airport, the mall and restaurants and Spartanburg. The bed was extremely comfy, and overall spacious room! A microwave and coffee/tea making equipment were a plus. Thanks for a great stay, thoroughly enjoyed it...

The location was marvellous and magnificent in the nice enough area. Also, I was within walking distance of Westgate Mall. I liked the room, the bed was extremely comfy.

I strongly recommend this hotel. the venue was nice and I enjoyed the streets of Spartanburg. the room was amazingly comfortable with a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were amazing. the location of the hotel was great, at a medium distance from Time Out. the property was set in a lovely area, and it was a 28-minute drive from the airport.

Loved the automatic blinds in my room for semi-privacy and blocking out light. The lobby was cozy and staff attentive. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel had comfortable rooms, fresh linens, and a great workout room. The lobby and other areas were clean and sleek. The staff, especially Tatiana, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the automatic blinds were a nice touch.

For us it was ideal.
